[IRCA] QSL from CJOY 1460

Received cordial E-mail confirmation from Mr. Robert Brown,
CE for reception of CJOY 1460 on May 4th.  He mentions
that on previous day they had done some maintenance on FM antenna
that is attached to one of the AM towers.  Apparently not
everything got back together correctly and AM pattern lacked
the proper null that night.  Willis in Old Fort, Tenn also
managed to hear them that night.

CJOY was first heard
here in 1992 and still in need of a verification.  Just a
lucky catch on May 4th was all that was needed.  I sent them a
CD with about 3+ hours of details plus mint Canadian stamps. 
Mr. Brown also promises a QSL Card when the present Canadian Postal
strike is over.
