[IRCA] DX Tip

1530   XEUN    MEXICO, Mexico DF, on top of KFBK with Tropical type
music at 0600.30 UTC 5/17 "...en Mexico...."Radio Fiesta", back into
music after some slogans, must be on a full 50KW tonight, as they are
listed as 1KW nights, I really doubt. I have never logged this in OR,
but in Rancho Mirage in 2000. I am very pleased indeed! As I rarely hear
any new Mexicans up here. New!  (PM-OR)
