Re: [IRCA] [NRC-AM] KLTI 1560 MO Day Facilities?

Local sunset per FCC for KLTI is 1915 CDT. PSSA is generally permitted for 2 hours beyond LSS. The PSSA filing for KLTI seems to be calibrated in Easter time, but either way their maximum PSSA power would only be 51 watts.

KLTI has always gotten out well, and I don't know what 1560 is like normally where you are. If you listen to 1560 from time to time and haven't heard them before, it's certainly possible that they didn't switch for some reason.

Tonight I am hearing KLTI 1560, distance 285 miles, with "Real Country"
satellite service and at 2100 CDT a joint legal ID with K223AS 92.5 FM. Signal
is poor to fair but steady. Suspect they are running 1kW day facilities instead
of their 41 watt night authorization.
