Propagation was topsy turvey again for the first part of the evening, then
leveled to better conditions later on.
Most of the Trans-Atlantic signals were later than usual in appearing
other than 1377-France and 1485-Spain which started to appear around
22:00UT. The signal on 945 with Russian talk still remaining a
mystery as it returned again last night , once again with no positive ID.
