The greatly improved transmitter site including a generator and a fix to a very ailing ATU. Rumors that the tower was taken down, etc. are just rumors."  The buyer is YAQUINA BAY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $37,500. they own KNPT 1310 AM, Newport, OR KYTE 102.7 FM, Newport KBCH 1400 AM, Lincoln City KCRF 96.7 FM, Lincoln City
