Paul reports that Frank is late getting to the station, as of 12:05,
they were still on low power. I can hear Christian music in there, but
it is EE Christian music from KRSA Petersburg, AK, presumed.  No SS
noted here as yet on 580. Mostly Ashland OR and Fresno CA.
