          Bowie, then mentions of "south Louisiana" and "KTIB".  A nice 
surprise, but WWLS buried it a few minutes

1290  WHIO  OH Dayton - 4/15 2324 Fair with ad for office furniture store with a 
location in Smithfield, then an ID
          that mentioned "Dayton" and "WHIO".  No trace of expected WIRL.

"Uncle Pen", then recorded legal ID
          by male: "Your hometown station, AM 1570 KMCD, Fairfield."  (RD-IA) 

1630  KCJJ  IA Iowa City - 4/15 1019 Weak, but in there, with local mentions in 
chatter between two male announcers,
          one probably being longtime station owner (and occasional FCC 
offender) "Captain" Steve Bridges.  (RD-IL)
