[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 1 April 2011

   Back to ho-hum as fair as Asian signals went this morning.  Traces
of audio on 1566, but that was about it.  On the other hand the signal
from Tahiti on 738 was about the best I'd heard it in a couple of years.
 If my French was better I could have made out every word for quite a
period of time.
