[IRCA] Cleaning up on 1290 and 1620

Heard while KKAR-1290 and KOZN-1620, whose towers are less than 2 miles from my 
house, were completely off tonight.  A nice way to wrap up  March... 


1290  KIVY  TX Crockett - 3/31 2159 ELT Very good with satellite NOS music 
("True Love Ways", but
          not the Buddy Holly version) and nice ID: "This is your home for 
America's best music, 1290  

          KIVY, Crockett, Texas."  The 500th station heard since starting the 
logbook at this QTH on 

          9/13/2010.  (RD-NE)  

1290  CFRW  MB Winnipeg - 3/31 2140 ELT Fair with promo for Doug Gottlieb Show 
"weekdays from  

          3 to 4 on Sports Radio 1290", then mentions of Manitoba in several 
local ads.  (RD-NE)

1300  UNID  ?? ??????? - 3/31 2158 ELT Good with satellite NOS music, using the 
same bird as KIVY- 

          1290.  Seemed to be looping SE from here.  (RD-NE) 
  
1620  WTAW  TX College Station - 3/31 2151 ELT Good with Laura Ingraham Show, 
then mention of
          www.wtaw.com in short promo.  (RD-NE) 

1620  UNID  ?? ??????? - 3/31 2200 ELT Fair with broadcast of major league 
baseball, possibly the  

          Giants and Dodgers from ESPN Radio.  KOZN back on a minute later, 
killing all hopes for an 

          ID.  I'm 95% certain this is WDND, but I wish they streamed their 
audio so I could tell for sure.
