Bill,

I am geting about S5 during the day on KWBD now. Fair signal, but
considering 200 miles at 500w I cannot complain. This is off the 40' NE
EWE. I also get the Russian pirate on 1710 during the day often, but
barely above the noise level or only a carrier. At night the Russian
1710 is a bit better, but not very strong generally.
