[IRCA] WYTH DX TEST Results

Heard rapid sweep, Code group, followed by rapid pulse at 01:03,
01:09, 01:12, 01:13 and 01:16.  Possible tone at 01:13?? No
chance for anything else, 1250 sounds like a graveyard channel.

Thanks to all who helped get this on the air, a new one for
me.
