[IRCA] ULR AWARD APPLICATIONS.......Please HOLD ALL Submissions til April 01....................

Hello Guys:

   This message is to advise anyone that is applying for ANY ULR AWARDS 
to kindly HOLD THEM until APRIL 01 to Submit them.

I will be on HOLIDAYS til the end of the month and will not be able to 
Process them til I get back. I will have access to email......but not in 
a position to Process them. I don't want to lose any of the emails....so 
holding them til April 01 will be the best bet!!
