Poor strength audio from 774 JOUB at 1250-1253 UTC. Audible on barefoot Tecsun PL-310 receiver. Carrier faded out 1308 (local sunrise at 1304). Heard carriers on 828 and 972 kHz on PL-310 & 7.5" loopstick. No other signals detected.
