[IRCA] WWCA 1270 announcement on 930 & 950 in Chicago area

At 03:45AM CST am hearing a recorded loop lasting a few seconds with
"1270AM WWCA Gary, Talk Radio for Catholic Minds, Revelant
Radio Chicago", repeated over and over mixed with audio from
WAUR 930.  

This same message also appears to
be on WNTD 950 Revelant Radio in Chicago, though their signal is not
that strong here on night pattern..

Obviously informing
listeners that WWCA 1270 Gary, Indiana will be carrying Revelant
Radio.
