WARR's website is nice:

http://www.warr-1520am.com/

They are about 26 months behind schedule.

Every now & then you get handed the perfect ID. Driving home last night, 6
pm, I happened to land on 1520. There were maybe 3 stations jumbling, when
suddenly one topped the channel, a woman said "AM 1520, WARR," crystal
clear, then disappeared (I assume switched from 5kwD to 1kw crit hours). Not
a great catch (265 miles), but a nice experience!
