The 2nd clip has a clear ment of Owatonna (just up I-35 from Albert Lea) I also think there's a ment of Mankato. Also a ment of U MN Wrestling. A possible ment of Jackson later. All places in the vicinity of Albert Lea. I also here Albert Lea ment. What I here as USD maybe USC and is likely some school in MN as everything I hear in that sports report points to this being Albert Lea's KATE as well.
