KVOP or previous calls/formats has been commonly (not always) running day facilities at night for over a decade.

WAQE often leaves an open carrier on for a couple hours after sunset and sometimes all night, but almost never does it leave audio on all night. 


99.9% this is KVOP. Sometimes KVOP will have locally oriented sports earlier in the evening.
