[IRCA] TP's for 01/30/11

Turn on the Palstar R-30 cc connected to the High Performance active whip this morning around 1315 UTC.  
Only one TP hear JOUB 774 with very weak signal at times.  Checked the other usual channels and nothing 
heard.  Nothing on longwave.
