While in my car tonight around sunset, I noticed a strong station broadcasting in Chinese on 1600 Khz. I assume this was East Coast, since it faded into the mix after darkness was complete. But I don’t recall logging it in the past. Any ideas?

(See—this would be a great station to consult 10000watts.com regarding! I miss that site)
