It's really quite simple how this happened, Glenn. After last November's  
election, Progressive format station WPRR started drifting to the  right.
 
(Disclamer-- the intent of this comment was to be humorous, and not to  
begin a political thread or to encourage flamethrowing on a list intended for 
DX  discussion)
