[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 22 Jan 2011

The good reception on 1593 wasn't repeated this morning, with just a carrier noted.  The action, such as it was, was more spread around than yesterday, with the upper end of the dial worse than 24 hours ago, but an improvement on the lower portion of the band.   The only audio noted though was the occassional phrase from the Japanese on 693.  Rather unusually, today that was the best of the Japanese "big guns".
