FM makes a lot of sense there, Bill.  There is NO population at all inland
of Prince Rupert until you hit Terrace, which is 2 hours by highway inland
along the Skeena River.  560 doesn't reach there.  You have very tall
coastal mountains blocking any propagation that way.  The city and
surroundings would likely be well served by FM.  As for Haida Gwaii, they
might have more of a problem now.....Walt
