[IRCA] TP's for 12/31/10

Happy New Years,

Turned on the bedside R-30 cc connected to the high performance active whip and caught a few 
TP's this morning around 1300 utc.  JOUB 774 Japan had a fair signal.  North Korea on 657 had
a weak to fair signal.  Radio Rossii on 279 was very weak.
