I didn't know that CKGR in Golden BC was part of the Okanagan Radio group. As far as I know this little network originates at CKOR Penticton ,and has smaller stations as // relays in Oliver, Osoyoos and Summerland. If you heard "Easy Rock " on CKGR then it must be an independent station using the same handle. At least OK never IDd with Golden included as one of the network stations.Bill in BC .                                                                  1710 at about midnight PST revealed a voice talking in English I think  but it was too weak to tell what was said so I don't have anything to go on but could it be the notorious Ruski in Western Washington? or are there TIS stations in that slot?  I'll check it out again tonight on my Redsun RP2100 unassisted receiver which will be trying to pull it through some Digital TV line noise so I hope it will come through a bit stronger
