[IRCA] 1400 CKGR still on? CIOR on?

On 1400 I'm hearing mentions of "Okanagan" and "EZ Rock"; music is 
oldies/adult contemporary. Might this be CKGR (still on?) or CIOR?
radio-locator.com indicates CKGR supposedly still on; no mention at all of 
CIOR.
Best reception on N/S antenna.
