Barry,I'm working my way through a lifetime of Perseus recordings from November. If you have something distinct at 0300 I can check some of my 702 recordings.
I happened to be reviewing a recording on 702 when your message arrived. Unusual two chimes at 1930z, with "Govorit (Mayak?)". Armenia, if that Mayak is heard correctly. But now I have the same chimes, weaker, on 711. No idea who that is!

Turkey was invisible while in Newfoundland in November.Hmm... the audio was noted around 0300, so maybe not Turkey after all. Right now (0410) I have four healthy carriers, neatly spaced out between 701.9980and 702.0001, but audio is hard to come by.
