[IRCA] Daytime DX

Sunday PM bandscan from Nanaimo BC revealed some skip activity at 1 PM PST at the top end on 1510,1520 and 1530 from Spokane Wa, Oregon City--Portland and Sacramento, so I can assume they were audible all day here .All other slots were normal until about 3 PM when generally other signals were starting to show signs of life and by 3:30 the Oregonian on 1130 was already giving Van BC a rough time and the band was alive with a good mix of overs and unders on all freqs with the 50 granders. Monitoring was done outside away from noise in the chilly air so time was short and limited to a few scans.Conditions are good with the cool air in the west.Bill in BC
