[IRCA] WLGC - 1520 silent

Hi All:

WLGC, 1520, Greenup, KY, has been off for at least the last week and a half.  They never camee in well here, but now all that can be heard is an extremely weak signal from Canton.  WLGC had been gospel s/on - 9 a.m., then 80s oldies.  Neither them nor the 1470 (now on 1200) were much of a factor in preventing DX on these channels here.
