[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 30 Nov 2010 (and TA evdience tonight)

    Prior to 1430 I was hearing weak audio from Japan on 774 and 747, 
which, rather than being enhanced at sunrise (1459 UTC), gradually faded 
away.  On the other hand, the upper part  of the band, which was just 
about dead earlier on, had a pronounced enhancement at about 1455, with 
Korea on 1566, Thailand on 1575, and Japan on 1593 all suddenly hitting 
audio levels for several minutes.  Rather oddly, Japan on 1593 was the 
strongest of the three.
    Tonight I'm hearing the most evidence of TAs in some time.  Only 
1215 hit audio, and only briefly at that, but at least it's more than 
I've seen of late.
