[IRCA] Mystery on 1170 khz

Hello To All,

Hearing a Spanish speaking station fading in and out tonight on 1170 khz. At 
peaks the signal is stronger, however always when music is playing so far, can't 
seem to get a peak at the most opportune time. This was also heard Saturday 
evening previous as well. Anyone else hearing this ? and possibly know it's 
origin.
