Thanks, Russ,  This one ought to be an easy catch for people all over the region.  They were weaker before 1715, but still here, then sank to nothing at 1715, so I suppose they are using their night allocation and not signing off.  It sure is an upgrade.  They were the weakest of the Huntington/Ashland 5 kw stations here, and never were much of a problem on 1470.  WNYY used to kill `em well before sunset.

That being said, even 11 AM stations in that market seems like way too many.
