[IRCA] Newfoundland Ultralight Trans-Atlantics & Domestics Report Nov 15-16

Hello to All,
 
Surprisingly, Trans-Atlantic signals did not really even materialize much at all 
Monday night. The list below was basically the only  TA’s that were of good 
strength or quality. It quickly became evident early on that it was becoming 
more of a domestic DX evening rather than the usual night of wall to wall TA’s 
typically heard here. Any of the other common TA’s heard seemed somewhat 
lethargic with their signal impact greatly reduced.
