[IRCA] TP for 14 Nov from Victoria, BC.

I'm very impressed at Gary's recordings....nothing like that here this morning for sure. Admittedly, I started just before 1500, but there really just wasn't that much action; definitely down from yesterday.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK
747 JOIB
774 JOUB
828 JOBB
945 CNR1 w/CC talk at 1526UT //6030; a brief fade up
972 HLCA

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker

603 big carrier little interlude before pips on hour //558
648 likely Russia just after 1500UT, struggling to be a little stronger

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

558 HLQH//558
1287 JOHR?
1566 presumed HLAZ

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

576, 621 off channel (N. Korea?), 702 also off channel, 864, 954, 1251, 1323

best wishes,

Nick
