[IRCA] Victory Radio Club and/or War Prisoner Message Bureau

Hello DXer Braintrust,

This is not related to present-day DX, but I hope that someone can email me
off list with assistance. My wife is researching a book on WW2 radio
traitors and she's run across several mentions of these entities. There's a
brief mention in Jerry Berg's book, but other than that we can't find any
information on these organizations.  Do these ring a bell for anyone?
