[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 11-14-10

Listened from 1325-1405 utc and conditions was down a little from yesterday.  All audio and carriers were on the bottom part of the band.  JOUB-774 was at the best level this year with a S-9 signal at times and 100% copy and Russia on 279 was also very good.
 
279  Russia very good at 1337 utc with music than talk.
594  JOAK Japan poor at 1342 utc.
666  JOBK Japan very poor at 1340 utc.
693  JOAB Japan poor at 1342 utc.
747  JOIB Japan poor-fair at 1344 utc.
774  JOUB Japan very good at 1400 utc with time pips and 5 minute English.
828  JOBB Japan poor at 1347 utc.
972  HLCA poor at 1347 utc.
