[IRCA] TP for 12 Nov from Victoria, BC.

Another poor start this morning, but some lift after 1500UT meant it wasn't a washout, though almost all Japanese. It seems odd to list 954 and 828 as the same strength, but that seems to be partly because the big guns weren't all that big this morning. In addition, fades up were quite sudden, followed by quite rapid fades back down, all rather erratic.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

747 JOIB at 1456UT for maybe about 10 seconds, mostly in th murk otherwise

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK at 1459UT
774 JOUB
828 JOBB
954 two men in JJ at 1509UT; JOKR presumed
972 HLCA likely
1566 HLAZ , also after 1500UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker
1242 JOLF?
1287 JOHR?
1422 JORF?

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

666 seemed //594 so JOBK
1134 no idea in the 1130 splash
1143 ?

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1548 DU

best wishes,

Nick
