[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 11-11

Hello All,
 
     The late-season doldrums seem to return with a  vengeance here this 
morning as Asian signals dropped off significantly, in  comparison to the past 
few days. Matching the results of Richard, Bill and  Nigel, the "big guns" 
were the only TP survivors here this morning, as the  second-tier Asians 
never seemed to get out of the noise. The back yard was  frozen, and the TP-DX 
was about the same.
     Several Japanese "big guns" managed decent audio  along with some 
Asian powerhouses, but the results were far from  exciting, and the high band 
was particularly anemic. 972-HLCA had a nice fade-in  around the 1500 TOH, but 
there were only 3 + 1 pips at the TOH, with no sign of  the mystery 
English-speaking co-channel. About the only signal of note was a  fair appearance 
of 936-Anhui during this miserable morning, providing  more evidence that 
this overachieving Chinese station is now probably  deserving of official "big 
gun TP" status.
 
     The following were heard on a C.Crane SWP Slider  model (7.5" 
loopstick), inductively coupled to a 9' sided PVC tuned passive loop  (in the frozen 
back yard). A modified ICF-2010 (30" loopstick) was used as an  SSB 
spotting receiver:
