Very little TP activity this morning.  Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with 7.5-inch loopstick.  Local sunrise at 1303 UTC.

567  JOIK Sapporo J, 1208, man talking, poor in "570 KLIF" splash.
594  unId (JOAK?), 1252, weak carrier, no audio.
657  unID, 1259, trace of het.
702  unID, 0919, het (QRM:WLW 700); not audible at 1200; 1220 weak het, still audible at 1312.
747  JOIB Sapporo J, 0912, man & woman talking //774, poor; 1202, "Basic English" program with severe WSB 750 slop; not audible after 1205.
774  JOUB Akita J, 0901, man & woman talking, poor; 1159 man talking followed by 2100 JST, not audible afterward.
1134 unID, 1305, trace of het.

A big letdown after the past two mornings.
