One thing you have to admit about DXing, it's never the same from day to day.
Receiver: Modified Tecsun PL-310 with 7.5-inch loopstick. Local sunrise at 1246 UTC.
558 unID, 1243, carrier (het), fair, from north-northwest.
594 JOAK, Tokyo J, 1244-1246, unintelligible JJ audio, poor.
612 unID, 1250, weak het in KCSP 610 sideband, from about 250°.
702 unID (2BL?), 1215, carrier from about 250° in WLW 700 slop
702 unID, 1235 (JOKD?), carrier from about 320° with unusually strong XEGD 700 QRM. Still audible at 1300.
747 JOIB Sapporo J, 1205, het with moderate KRMG 740 & WSB 750 QRM. Not detectable later.
774 JOUB Akita J, 1201, carrier, XEACH 770 & KSPI 780 QRM; 1228, weak JJ/EE audio, KSPI; 1300-1302, weak 2200 JST WX rpt; signal faded away at 1308.
828 unID (JOBB?), 1247, het against good signal from WCCO 830.
There appeared to be two different carriers on 702 kHz before sunrise with the strongest from the north-northwest.
Have a good day.
