Cuba doesn't really observe callsigns very closely, and information
as to the locations of various transmitters is sketchy. But that's
the good news. The bad news is that there's no conclusive
documentation as to which of multiple transmitters on a given
frequency is transmitting which network at any given time.
I am also not able to find any NA loggings of Cuba on this frequency
over the past several years, so while you might find some info on the
internet, I'd advise taking it with a grain of salt..

Can anyone tell me where this
station is located (and if there is a known call sign)?
Heard here for the first time at 0700 UTC
