[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-22

Hello All,
 
     Asiatic signal strength was restored here this  morning in a major 
way, with good signal strength from four TP "big guns"  (including 738-Taiwan, 
which acts like one here), plus weaker signals from  several second-tier 
Chinese stations. After the poor signals of the past  few days, it was a relief 
to have better propagation (as Richard, Tom and Nick  also seem to have 
enjoyed).
 
     Although Asian signal strength was already  fairly good around 1310 
(with 648-VOR, 756-CNR1 and 936-Anhui producing weak  audio), there was no 
late-session TP propagation swoon around 1340, as in  the past 3 days. 
594-JOAK, 657-Pyongyang, 738-BEL2 and 747-JOIB had their best  signals after 1400, 
along with the weaker Chinese signals on 1035 and  1044. Activity continued 
up until around 1430, a fairly late end  for sunrise enhancement at this 
modest inland location. After the  miserable propagation of the last few days, 
it was refreshing to have "big  gun" TP signal strength restored (except 
perhaps in the case of 657-Pyongyang  :-)
 
     The following were heard on a C.Crane SWP Slider  model (7.5" 
loopstick) inductively coupled to a 9' sided PVC tuned passive loop  (in the back 
yard). A modified ICF-2010 (30" loopstick) was used as an SSB  spotting 
receiver:
