[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle 10-16-10

 This morning's TP DX was better than yesterday's, but still a bit sub 
par.  The high point was hearing reasonably good audio for a while from 
JOCK-729 above the splatter from 730.  Otherwise, it was the usual 
suspects today.

audio
