[IRCA] TP's from Brier, WA 10-15-2010

Back monitoring after a computer glitch kept Perseus from recording for 10/14. Back on the NW loop (after that DU fun several days ago on the SW element). Very poor conditions. Only JOAK Japan 594 (1400Z) and VOA Thailand 1575 (presumed at 1415Z) had audio. Hets on 693 and a couple others.
