[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle 10-10-10

 Conditions were a bit unstable today.  Signals were generally down 
quite a bit but there were some notable exceptions.  JOHR-1287 had its 
best signal of the season today, even though the low-band NHK stations 
were below average.   Some stations would fade up to a promising level 
and start to produce respectable audio at times, and then drop back to 
nothing for the rest of the morning.

The high point of the morning was a high-band enhancement at about 1410, 
with lots of really nice signals for a few minutes on 1323 1332 1422, 
and bits of audio on a few lesser heard freqs like 1494.  Oddly enough, 
HLAZ-1566 didn't seem to benefit from this enhancement, or maybe it was 
past its peak before I got there.  The enhancement  didn't last very 
long and pretty much collapsed by 1415.
