The October FCC sunrise/sunset time change started today, KPWX 1130 kHz signed on at 1430 utc or 7:30 AM PDT.  
Sign-on was a song and "La Mexicana" at end of song. No call letters
given at sign on.  S-9+50 db signal on the u-shaped fence antenna.  
The Palstar R30cc with the high performance active whip the signal was S-9+20db.
Local Bustos Media station KLPM 1150 was S-9+30db and their 5 miles away.
As Scott said "CKWX will appreciate the change".
