I do not know how to figure out effective radiated power but I could see
where 25Kw., directly NE of the station, would sound like 50 Kw., or
better.

I also do see that the FCC database has the 50 Kw as an "application."
Might they have received a CP and the database has yet to be updated?
AND if they do somehow have a CP, they could test, right?

The are only licensed for 25,000 Watts... they DO have an APPLICATION
for
50KW.. with no apparent pattern change for the proposed application
