I had similar results.  I listened 1321-1328 found cx much worse than the same period yesterday.  Fair audio on 1566 and 747 but that was about it.

Listened from 1245-1323 utc.  Poor conditions this morning, more like Dxing
in August.  No Russian long-waves heard.  Will be interesting to read what
others have heard this morning.  Good Luck.

774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1249 fair with man/woman in Japanese. Fair at 1323.
828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1230 weak // 774.
1134   Level 4 carrier.
1287   Level 3 carrier.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1251 weak.
