[IRCA] 690 Spanish - second opinion(s) wanted

Heard Spanish on 690 over the last few days.


Not sure about series #1, with three audio clips of the same station posted online at:

With series #2 I strongly suspect Mexico City with what I *think* is a solid location reference. These are posted online at:
