[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 9-12-10

Listened from 1250-1315 utc and the TP's were the best so far this TP season with all carriers and audio on the bottom part of the band.  The best audio was from JOUB-774 at 1258 utc and very weak audio on 279, 594 and 693.  Weak carriers on 279, 558, 585, 666, 693, 747, 828, 936 and 972.
