[IRCA] DU's from IL Sept 10, very poor

DU cx were very poor here this morning with nothing but the weakest traces of 702 carrier noted and also a weakish 1098 carrier suffering in IBOC. No trace of anything from Calif noted either. This is in sharp contrast with a few days ago.
